Ignite Fitness Westgate

This is hands down the best gym in the 254. Based in Westgate mall, It boasts two floors of gym space, state of the art gym equipment, modern design with all things fitness that you can think of. It even has an indoor heated pool just top things up. I'm definately going to be working out here as long as I'm in Nairobi and definately recommend anyone and everyone.

Before COVID-19 began I had been partaking in a yearly membership of the gym, I had used the facilities in the gym for 3 months before lockdown began, the equipment was new, and was cleaned regularly which I appreciated. As soon as the nationwide lockdown began the gym was closed to the public which was understandable. It has been 6 months now and I haven't received any communication regarding opening of the gym and the suspension of my account, I have reached out on multiple social media platforms asking "Do we know an estimated opening date" however no messages were replied to, The gym membership was not cheap, so I would have expected the customer service to be held to a high degree, I have been let down by the poor management and staff support I would urge you to reconsider joining the gym when it opens or if it does.

Most expensive gym in the city and they can't communicate with their paying members at all about reopening. No replies to email, facebook, instagram and phone numbers are dead. Even deleted posts on their social media where members were commenting righty frustrated with and no response. They now continue to post with comments disabled. Had this problem as well before the lockdown, let down by very bad management. Think twice about entering into a contract with these people.
