Spartan Strength and Fitness is an amazing workout! Lee and Chris are both awesome teachers who are there for guidance throughout the entire class. I have learned so many new things and improved my prior skills with the help of Spartan. Hands down the best fitness class I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend!!

Lee and Chris are great trainers. They will help you with the workouts and to achieve the best to your ability.. I highly recommend this!!
