I've been coming here for a year and I really like it! =) Boxing is my thing, I work out with trainer Svitlana. She's a Trainer with a capital letter, you'll find more like her! She won't let you relax for a second. Exercise machines for all muscle groups (and even more, I haven't mastered them all in a year!). Places are simply packed, even for cycling! After a workout, coffee at the reception is brewed by a person who makes a real, not-so-good coffee from a machine. I'm staying here on purpose! And my son and I also bought T-shirts with a "Dumbbell" print so everyone can see that we're locals here! :D In short: the gym is five stars. I recommend it to everyone!
This gym is like family
A very good fitness club! And it's the only one of its kind in Ukrainka! Excellent exercise machines and other necessary equipment, a wonderful coaching staff with a reputation and experience, various membership options, and basically everything you need, everything is always there, right down to socks! In case I forgot. And you'll find strength training, cardio, fitness, stretching, boxing, massage, and coffee at reception with a protein bar! And most importantly, the right attitude, motivation, and, of course, results!
A wide selection of cardio and strength training equipment. There are locker rooms, showers, and restrooms. You can work out on your own or with a trainer. It gets crowded in the evenings, making it a bit crowded. Poor ventilation makes it stuffy and hot in the summer.
Very negative impressions of the hall. The air conditioners do not work, the hall is very stuffy, it is difficult to breathe. The refrigerator also does not work - the water is warm. Last summer the situation was the same: the air conditioners turned on very rarely. The staff is unfriendly. I do not recommend.
