Great gym with a really welcoming atmosphere. The equipment is modern and always clean, and there’s plenty of variety for all types of workouts. The staff are friendly and helpful, Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place to train.
I appreciate the effort the trainers make to get participants included in the workouts. Hyrox is the highlight of my day. ☝🏽
1. Gym has all needed equipment, it is relatively big gym floor 2. Friendly people are working there :) 3. It is possible to pay by UK card which is great! 4. Membership/access options that are flexible and are great if you visit Hamburg temporarily 5. Impressive sauna! With nice outdoor terrace to cool down A bit of cons 😅 Rather minor things, but worth noting: 1. No towels, there is also no warning about this on the website (at least didn’t see it which might be the google translate fault), 2. Area with CrossFit like cardio machines and equipment is overcrowded with machines so during covid if one person is working out, pretty much all area cannot be used 😰 Overall really nice and foreigner friendly gym! If you are on holidays in Hamburg and want to stay fit, this is good option!
It’s not bad by any means but not worth the price in my opinion. It’s pretty small, each machine is available only once, which lets you wait pretty long in the majority of the time. There’s additionally no real space to get from exercise to exercise (machine to machine). It’s an important okay gym, the sauna is a great feature and getting beauty products is cool. However, I wouldn’t pay for the actual membership if you’d ask me.
