Ms Odalis worked with my six year old son who has special needs and is very hyperactive with limited language abilities. Ms Odalis worked very patiently and used great tricks, ideas to break down the movements in small and simple steps. It was amazing to see my son following Ms Odalis's instructions and was very calm specially after the Reiki sessions. Ms Odalis is also very loving and compassionate that made it truly a great experience for my son. I highly recommend Ms Odalis for anyone looking for a committed and hardworking Yoga and Reiki instructor!

The space itself is comfortable, clean & bright. Odalis is warm and welcoming as is Robert. I chose Purple Mat Yoga because they offer a Men's Yoga Class on both Saturday and Monday and was comfortable with my novice status from the get go. Robert gives you enough space to start where you are, the beginner is more than welcome. Insightful and direct, he makes everything flow as naturally as possible while paying to attention to what a single student's special need may be. The pace is just right. Since attending the Men's Yoga classes I've experienced changes both within my self and with my body - I'm more flexible, more focused.
