I've been training at Umalas Pilates Studio for more than 3 years now, and it honestly became the foundation of my Pilates journey. This is where I learned Cadillac and trapeze Pilates properly, with instructors who truly care about alignment, posture, control, and technique. My body changed so much from training here, stronger core, better posture, more flexibility, and finally my bones stopped feeling like abstract art 😂 Every session feels intentional and challenging in the best way, while still being supportive and calming. I'm really grateful to have found a studio that focuses on proper form and long-term body awareness instead of just trends. I was looking for a prenatal Pilates studio and chanced upon Umalas, truly such a gem! The staff was incredibly professional and thoughtful. She took the time to understand my experience with Pilates, how many weeks pregnant I am and my current activity level, which made me feel really well taken care of. The studio itself is very new, clean, and such a calming space to be in. And special shoutout to my instructor, Ray - he's amazing! He's super gentle, patient, and attentive, and always took the time to correct my posture and ensure I was doing each movement safely. I felt completely at ease and safe in his hands. I enjoyed the session so much that I signed up for another one on the spot! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Pilates studio!
