I used to be super lazy like, "gym who?" kind of lazy. Zero routine, zero discipline. Fast forward 3 months, I’m down from 85kg to 78kg and actually kind of love working out now? Never thought I’d say that. Big shoutout to my PT Jai, the guy somehow turned me from couch potato to someone who doesn’t skip leg day. No weird diets, just solid, fun workouts and good vibes. Still shocked this is my life now, but I’m not mad about it. Highly recommend, see change in yourself with sustainable improvement.
The best and the most equipped gym in the area. All kinds of equipments can be found spread over the three floors. The trainer has an immense knowledge of bodybuilding and trains based on every individual’s needs. I have been going for over 4 months and have started seeing amazing changes under Jay Sir’s guidance.
This gym has been amazing—easily one of the best and most affordable in the area. It’s well-equipped with everything you need for any kind of workout. I’ve been doing personal training here for the past 6–8 months and gained almost 15 kg and still continuing it. Jayprakash sir, my trainer, has been super helpful with workouts, diet, supplements—everything. He really knows his stuff and pushes you to do your best. Highly recommend if you’re serious about getting fit and don’t mind putting in the work!
Best gym in the area. I did gym for almost 3 months, my experience was very good. I see changes in my body but i stopped going gym. Behaviour of Manoj and Jai is very friendly. Recommending this gym.
Gym trainer, Mr. Prakash comes for training session with new exercise every other day and he knows very well which exercise is suitable for a person based on his/her requirement. I see good progress in post stroke recovery since the time I join this gym. gym is well maintained, spacious and equipped with huge collection of instruments. trainer is humble, attentive during every second of the training session.
