I was at the Peperina festival. I was surprised that, given it was a food event, there was no soap in the restrooms. I saw vendors asking for soap, and since there wasn't any, they left without washing their hands. And they continued selling drinks and food like that. The organization was lacking, and the facilities needed improvement. Otherwise, it was very nice and enjoyable.
