One of the top notch fitness club in Panaji. Very professional trainers dedicated and focused on each member. I'll name Gouresh who is the best trainer for me. He takes care of my daily routine and also remember my plan through out the week.

FANTASTIC with a capital "F" . The gym has outstanding incredible hardcore bodybuilding equipment, very very clean. Perfectly well organized like a well oiled machine. Very kind, humble, courteous trainers knowledgeable in the fitness world. The owner is a Diamond man , thank you for a wonderful experience during my holiday in Goa. Wishing every single one of you the very best in all areas of your life.

Good gym, Good ambience. It has cross fit facility. They also train for boxing. Fun place to do exercise. Most important u never have to wait for any equipment like in other gyms as they get occupied. These people have bunch of and variety of equipment so ur time never get wasted. Must try.

The staff especially the trainers and the receptionist are extremely unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. The receptionist in particular behaves as if she owns the place, speaking to members rudely and without any respect 👎 Because of this behavior, I've canceled my subscription and would strongly advise others to think twice before joining. Good equipment means nothing when the people running the place don't know how to treat customers 👎
