The gym has all the essentials and a good variety of classes. The trainers are very energetic and keep you going during entire classes. ​It's a nice place to clear your head, especially in the dance classes. Pilates is also great if you want a solid workout. Out of all the programs, Dance, Pilates, and BodyCombat are definitely the highlights for me. ​The only downsides are that it gets overcrowded at peak times and the rooms can feel a bit stuffy

The best gym in Smichov neighborhood, top notch modern equipment, especially the threadmilss! Very clean environment, especially the bathrooms! Friendy staff, totally recommended! Plus it's inside the Smichov shopping mall, so you can always grab some food, if you are hungry after the workout!

Form Factory in Anděl is a good gym, fully equipped with everything you need for strength training or cardio. It’s a reliable place to work out, but honestly, it’s not anything spectacular, just standard gym quality. I visited in March and April, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which is a definite plus. The real downside is the membership and cancellation process. You can sign up easily through the app, but you cannot cancel there. You have to download a form from their website and submit it in person. On top of that, you are required to pay at least two months even if you want to cancel immediately: one month for the current month and one month for the notice period. This makes the process unnecessarily complicated and frankly unfair. In short: a decent, functional gym with friendly staff, but the subscription and cancellation rules are poorly handled and feel misleading.

Arrogant stuff. Water not always hot. Lacking ac in hot days, adding extra cold in cold days. Sometimes you have to wait for machine. If you are “in need” - serves you well. If you can chose, not far away is Xfitness for example.
