I am in my mid 40's and one of the hardest decision's ever was to join a gym at that age with no prior experience, while I was in the heaviest weight ever. Joining The six pack factory gym in January 2026 made me realise every workout is a victory. They have a very welcoming and supportive team with excellent customer care. Every PT session was striving for progression and within 15 sessions I managed to shed 19kgs. That was a progression beyond what I thought was possible and all credit goes to my PT Mr. Eranda Colombage for guiding me to unlock my potential in this journey. The environment is very positive, and the coaches are friendly, supportive, and always motivating. I was able to lose weight within just two months, and I'm very happy with my progress.
