I am in my mid 40's and one of the hardest decision's ever was to join a gym at that age with no prior experience, while I was in the heaviest weight ever. Joining The six pack factory gym in January 2026 made me realise every workout is a victory. They have a very welcoming and supportive team with excellent customer care. Every PT session was striving for progression and within 15 sessions I managed to shed 19kgs. That was a progression beyond what I thought was possible and all credit goes to my PT Mr. Eranda Colombage for guiding me to unlock my potential in this journey. With well planned workout schedules , nutritional meal plans and continuous support. Totally recommending this place to check out if you are around Kaduwela. Your fitness tribe is waiting for you !!!

I am a personal training client here, and it has been a great experience. This gym is excellent for both physical and mental fitness. The environment is very positive, and the coaches are friendly, supportive, and always motivating. I was able to lose weight within just two months, and I'm very happy with my progress. Highly recommended😌
