Really friendly staff. Especially love the infrared sauna. Overall a good gym. I also like how the staff take feedback. Few years ago asked for a sitting down calf machine.. few months later there's one.
Visited this gym for free as a guest at Sokos Kupittaa hotel. Was very satisfied with their equipment, free weights zone is large and well stocked, and wasn't very crowded (but I went on a weekday during the day). No need to take padlock, lockers have keys for you to borrow. Several group classes available but there wasn't any at a convenient time for me to attend. Staff was very nice and explained the gym upon arrival. Finally a gym that has more free weights and machines than cardio equipment! I missed however a nice area for stretching/functional zone
First time going and I went with my best friend to attend a “TRIP“ class which was spinning and also a Pilates class, which was also really wonderful. Spinning was fun as there was a massive screen and you were motivated to “cycle” along the route of the screen! ☺️ Facilities are quite large and a lot of variety. Went on a Thursday morning, so it was not very full, but the classes were-which is a good sign! 😌

Great variety of machines and a good sized gym with three different saunas and a cold pool. I really like this gym, It could be cleaner tho.
