Great lunch for 2 on a hot Tuesday in June, excellent service, nice attention to detail with the food. Mussels with basil were tasty, soft in a wonderful sauce. Enjoyed the cheese curds. For mains we shared plate of guinea fowl, summer vegetables and chips. Some good Riesling to accompany the food. The only thing we didn't like was the chef's playlist - angry testosterone driven music is not really appropriate for a Tuesday lunchtime when the restaurant is not full.

I had a lovely solo date here :) absolutely adored the fresh bread and the brown butter madeleines - everyone was so attentive and welcoming throughout the meal. There were multiple options for vegetarian and pescatarian eaters which I appreciated. All of the food tasted fresh and rich. Thank you for the wonderful dinner!

I Celebrated my birthday on Sunday at Winsome Firstly, you won't beat their Sunday roasts. Perfect portion sizes, exceptional side dishes, quite possible the best roast potatoes I have ever had! Vegan option also catered for. Cohesive wine selection A big thank you to Ellis who was wonderful, attentive and really made my birthday meal very memorable. Thanks also to Tom for really looking after me and my guests. If you're looking for an exception restaurant, offering imaginative yet simple dishes look no further!

Not many fine dining places open on Monday, so luckily this place was opened and since trying it, it has been one of my favourite restaurants. The first time I went, I really enjoyed the scallop salad, the pork and mushroom. It was full of flavour and it was all cooked to perfection. Im not one to order mushrooms but it was recommended by the server and it was delicious. I went during Christmas too and we ordered the festive platter, this one was my least favourite. It was quite pricey for what you get and I didn't find anything special about it. I'd also recommend the beef tartar if they have it, as it was refreshing and nicely seasoned.

This is the best British food restaurant I have been to so far and it's dog friendly which gives an extra bonus. It deserves a Jovi's Table certified bite approval. The lovely gentleman who served us was very friendly and introduced us to the menu and gave us recommendations. Although it was expensive but was acceptable. Will defo go back again but will need to save up abit more.
