By far the best gym in London, the owner is always upgrading when needed. So many great brands such as Cybex, Nytram, Panatta & Gym80. Ivanko dumbbells which go up to 260lbs! To any serious lifters around the area who want to improve then this is the place to go 💯
A great gym with a wide variety of proper gym equipment both refurbed and new. Brand new ladies and gents toilets. Great vibe, good music and generally a motivating place to train. Not to mention Zone Recovery upstairs, where you can have a sauna, Cryotherapy and a few after training therapies!
