University gym... Very large hall... Enough for 50 people to workout together. Good ventilation.

Old skool Gym all right for intermediate gym bros. For beginners there is no one to tell you what is wrong and what to do. For intermediate and advanced powerlifting and weightlifting training alright but Not for advanced bodybuilding because 1. Don't have sufficient mirrors and proper lighting. 2. Not allowed to go shirtless for possing. 3. Don't have proper pairs of dumbbells.

It is a good gym. It has all necessary equipments for your exercise. Moreover it contains an arena for wrestling as well as weightlifting . It is free for BHU students only. Moreover there is a place for shooters in university or state level games.

Good to go if you don't want to spend 1000s in the gyms open outside the campus. It has everything to cater your basic gym needs. Do not forget , they also provide training for weightlifting, kushti !
