In general, everything suits me. A little too much chlorine in the jacuzzi because you can really smell it with your nose, but it's tolerable. The only thing I don't understand is why people would want to go to the sauna dressed after the gym, I understand that such people come across, but the administration should explain and write that the sauna is not a gym and you need to dress properly there!!!
I've been using it for 6 months. It's mostly old people who use it, and there are a lot of Koreans. Has anyone noticed that the smell has gotten worse lately! Sometimes they stop the service and clean it, but that's it... There's only one short Latin guy who comes to clean it, how can I finish cleaning it all by myself? Technician old good 4/5. Costumer service medium 4/5. I pay a lot of money, but I'm satisfied 3/5.
Absolutely the worse customer service I’ve ever received at a gym. If I pay to come here; I do expected to be treated with respect. I brought a guest with me as I have VIP passes with my account and John was rude every second we spoke to him. He spoke over my guest numerous times and then refused to let her activate the guest pass simply because her ID was expired. Since when is that a rule? which we offered to show passport as proof of identity or address or whatever and he simply just said he was the manager and can deny entry to whoever he wants. I mentioned numerous times I was a member and she was with me but he did not care. He said he “didn’t need my $20” and wasn’t going to let my guest in. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be cancelling my membership.
I go to activate a 3 day pass and they decline me, assuming because I'm currently at a different gym I'm not gonna switch over. Can someone explain to me how I'm supposed to switch over to LA if I can't even try out the facilities? How are they going to tell ME what I'M thinking when I haven't even tried out the gym? Worst customer service I've ever experienced, why would I cancel a membership from my current gym without even trying a new one? Makes 0 sense.
Very disappointed with how this gym treats long-time members. Despite being a loyal customer, I was denied access due to a membership timing issue during circumstances outside of my control. There was no flexibility, no understanding, and no effort to accommodate the situation. Customer service felt cold and purely money-driven. Loyalty clearly doesn’t matter here. I would not recommend returning if this is how members are treated.
