I will always recommend Dr. Vish / this office for OB care. The NP's do see you more than you'll see DR. Vish, but that seems to be the same thing everywhere else. The Np's are so good and listen to my concerns if i have one. The ladies in front are also very good. We have to remember they are trying to do 100 things at the same time, and their goal is to get everyone in and out at a timely manner, so they're not being mean, or rude if they answer in short sentences, they're just trying to stay afloat. 2 babies with this office. I wouldn't change it.
Loved this place especially Marci .. but I had Andrea for my second pregnancy, and she diagnosed me with Type 2 Diabetes just because I failed my glucose again with my second even after getting reassurance from diabetes specialists of my A1C and levels being okay. I was also told how I wasn't doing enough as it came to using protection at my postpartum appointment, which was the appointment where I was in the clear for Birth Control and Contraceptives.. I wish she was more .. knowledgeable with her work? Instead of judge-mental and rude. I wish I can give them a 5, but she really ruined my experience here.. :((
There seems to be a lack of urgency and communication. My wife and I saw Priya on Thursday, and we were initially told that an ultrasound would be performed that day. However, the nurse later informed us that ultrasounds are only done on Fridays. At the end of the visit, we were prescribed medication for pain, but as of today, nothing has been sent to the pharmacy for pickup. Now, we have to wait until Monday and hope the prescription is finally submitted. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of follow-through and communication made the process frustrating, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this office based on our experience.
I have had a really bad experience at this doctor's office so far. Every time I go in, I have to wait for an hour or more. On multiple occasions, I have waited just to be told they don't have the information they need to actually conduct the appointment and I have had to reschedule. My first appointment, they scheduled me for an ultrasound. I waited an hour and a half for them to tell me they only do ultrasounds on Fridays, and I needed to reschedule. At a later appointment, I waited 50 minutes, and was then told that something went wrong with my blood tests, the results were unreadable, and I would need to redo the blood tests and reschedule the appointment. Also, when I went to redo the blood tests at Quest, Quest informed me that the doctor had not actually reordered the tests so I couldn't do them. When I tried to call the doctor's office to clear this up, I was put on hold only to be hung up on. No one ever got back to me. When I've called other times, the phone will just ring and ring, and then hang up, without an option to leave a message. I am beyond frustrated and would never recommend this doctor's office.
Can’t ever get ahold of these people! Doesn’t make me comfortable at all having them as my office for my baby. If I have a question I shouldn’t have to be guessing what to do or have to drive all the way to them! I have 3 months left and I’m debating leaving them to find someone else.! I haven’t even met my ob which is weird! My last 2 I was always seen by my ob from day ONE!!! I have much more to say but I’ll stop there.!
