Awesome place with an owner that truly cares about the athletes that train there. I witnessed his interactions with well over a dozen young athletes and it was amazing! The way that he interacts with young athletes and explains the WHY behind many of the workouts is refreshing to see! I also witnessed the respect that these young athletes have for him just in how they interacted and concerned during their workout! Great job sir..keep up the great work!
