Parlo della mia esperienza alla palestra il girasole. Sono arrivato a febbraio e pesavo 106 kg e in 7 mesi ne ho persi 30, ovviamente facendo personal con allenamento e alimentazione. Se avete intenzione di impegnarvi sul serio e arrivare al vostro obiettivo la consiglio vivamente. Sono riuscito ad ottenere questi risultati grazie all'attenzione dei titolari che mi hanno supportato e mi hanno fatto sentire come in famiglia.
Ho sempre avuto la passione per la palestra, ma in nessuna di quelle frequentate avevo trovato tale dedizione ed impegno. Ad oggi, dopo solo 6 mesi, non solo noto progressi a livello fisico, ma anche mentale, perché al Girasole ti puoi confrontare sotto ogni aspetto. L' importante è sapersi apprezzare! Inoltre, Alfredo, Annalisa e Sara riescono a seguirti passo passo e ti stimolano ad ottenere sempre qualcosa in più! Siete fantastici!!!
My brother and I have been coming to Alfredo and Annalisa for four years. I live in Casalotti, and despite the distance, I prefer traveling all these kilometers because I prefer them to other gyms. The room is very well equipped and the owners are always available. I recommend them to everyone.
