I hobbled in to see Mateo, and was able to stride out after the session! He was able to release the sciatic nerve pressure that had been causing agonising pain, and really set me on the recovery track. He was sensitive and listened carefully, his apparently gentle treatment was very effective, and his exercise proposals were thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great experience with Rowan for pelvic floor physiotherapy during my pregnancy. She was very friendly and professional, and after the first session I already started noticing improvements. Highly recommend!

Mateo has been 10/10 brilliant in helping me after a rough ankle injury. I'm so happy his rehab programme has got me feeling back to normal, very thankful for his expertise and ongoing support. Highly recommend

Gina is fantastic. She set a goal, assessed muscle strength in detail and got me doing specific exercises to strengthen. I have had pain and discomfort for a long while and thought it might take years for improvement but, in just about 5 sessions, I can feel a difference. She is friendly, develops a good rapport quickly and modifies exercises based on place ie gym or home. I would highly recommend her.

Was ok. More geared towards young people doing lots of reps than older people with the wear and tear of life. For me, I could do better, but it may suit some. REPLY TO REPLY: Please do check again - it was last year though... my review was prompted by an unsolicited "thank you for trusting us with your health" email from you, which I have now unsubscribed from.
