Before two months ago, I did not know this structure .. I came into contact with them through a friend, because I was looking for a personal trainer who would follow me in physical recovery. It was a very pleasant surprise... nice environment, very clean and continuously sanitized. Staff very kind, attentive and qualified. Last but not least.... Andrea, owner and personal trainer who follows me ...... from the first interview I got a very precise idea of him which was subsequently confirmed.... highly qualified and very helpful... Ero stato in questa palestra già 10 anni e mi ero trovato benissimo. Sono tornato da due mesi e devo dire che le mie ottime opinioni di anni fa sono state confermate! Energy e tutto il suo staff a partire da Andrea Cinzia Elena e tutti ti accolgono rendendo la palestra un ambiente familiar. Vengo seguito costantemente per gli esercizi e si interessano su come procede e come ti senti. Sono tutti molto professionali e competenti. Ultima, ma non per importanza, anzi per il periodo attuale, fondamentale, la pulizia e la sanificazione della palestre e degli spogliatoi che ti permette di allenarti con tranquillità.

I recently attended this gym but from the first moment I felt welcomed and at ease. Through an initial interview they try to understand your goals so as to be able to create a tailor-made workout and to follow you step by step throughout your journey. The staff present in addition to being professional and prepared on many points of view is also kind, helpful and ready to always support you. The setting is an extremely clean, organized and in step with the times.

I have been attending this gym only since July, but I immediately felt welcomed and at ease. Thanks to an initial interview with Andrea, I was able to communicate my goals and then I was given a personal file. The instructors and instructors are very professional, friendly and available for any clarification or further interview; there is also a wide variety of professional machinery. So I recommend this gym if you want to be really looked after in a very welcoming and clean environment.
