Elle Fitness Toulon Powerplate

I am Italian and moved to Toulon a year ago, I tried a few different gyms but Unity beats them all!! The staff is kind and attentive, the classes are very well executed, high energy and positive attitude, the weights and machine are in perfect state, like new, and the overall place is spacious, always clean, and very cool. Even when it’s crowded, you always find your place and machine to use. What I love about Unity are the lights - I know it’s a bit weird, but usually in the gym there’s a very bright white light that I personally don’t like at all, at Unity the lights are much more pleasant. 100% recommend to go to Unity Fitness!

I recently moved from London and am still discovering Toulon, which is why finding the right gym was important to me. I’ve been going to this gym since late January/early February 2025, and from the very start, I was impressed by the staff. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. While I didn’t have many questions, whenever I needed help with equipment I hadn’t encountered in other gyms before, the staff was always quick to assist and explain everything clearly. I also really appreciate that they speak English—maybe not fluently, but well enough to provide guidance, which is especially helpful since my French isn’t strong yet. A special shoutout to my personal trainer, Anastasia. Our sessions are always fun, and she puts together a great variety of workouts. She’s very attentive and knows exactly how to push me to my limits while still leaving me energized for the rest of the day. Another bonus—she speaks fluent French, Russian, and English, which makes communication effortless. I highly recommend this gym! And if you’re not in Toulon, they also have a Unity Fitness location in La Valette, where Anastasia’s twin sister coaches as well. Just like Anastasia, she speaks fluent French, Russian, and English, making it a great option for international clients.
