The gym has some great machines and free standing weights. I think the price is fair if you have a longer contract (3-6months). I used the pool which is for swimming laps and has an area outside where you can dry off. The sauna and the changing rooms are very very dirty. The sauna and showers have lots and lots of mould in the walls. The gym also closes half an hour before the time registered

Let me start with the positives: I genuinely enjoy this gym. It has all the essentials you need to make real progress: three squat racks, a boxing area, plenty of benches with dumbbells up to 45 kg, a large cardio zone, and a wide variety of group classes (though I don’t join them myself). The men’s changing room is clean, and lockers are always available. While customer service in Catalonia doesn’t always have the best reputation, the staff here are consistently friendly and helpful. If you compare Spanish gym chains, this one offers the best price-to-quality ratio you’ll find in this part of Barcelona. At 6:00 am on weekdays, you can get a full workout in without waiting for machines. Most members are serious about training, which creates a good community vibe. Negatives: Compared to chains like Basic Fit or Fit4Free, this gym is pricey and often overcrowded. After 17:00 on weekdays, it’s nearly impossible to train, and weekends are unpredictable. Cleanliness is a major issue: it’s honestly the dirtiest gym I’ve ever been to in the Western world, and I travel frequently. After every session, my hands turn black when I wash them. While there are cleaners, they focus only on handles instead of the full machines, with the cardio area being the worst. Equipment breaks down often, and repairs can take weeks, leaving long queues for the few machines that work. There’s only one lat pulldown, which always has a line. Weights are left scattered around, and staff don’t enforce putting them back. On top of that, you’re kicked out 30 minutes before closing, and they stop letting people in an hour before..

Very very old and rusty equipment that is constantly being repaired. Before joining, go inside and check machines you want to use. Constant queues to machines whatever hour i was there.

The machines are decent and the equipment is generally fine. However, the staff is absolutely awful. The gym was still open for another 40 minutes, yet they refused to let me take a shower—even though I had no hot water at home. Zero customer service, zero flexibility, and zero professionalism. Honestly, for the same price, you’re better off going to a gym that actually cares about its members.

This gym is the one that you say you go the very first day and you’d like to get off in the same day. The personnel is nice but the gym itself is very poor on providing comfy services specially in case of emergency, how would a person rely on other main issues like water quality? Hygiene of the machines ? I really doubt it and for personal health concern I’d definitely choose another one, its price is over charged for the poor service they offer, not recommended at all. Anyway for the poor rating they have, I don’t even think they care about it thus lucky guys who have read notes and made wise decisions ;)
