Great gym and very good coaches .....
Eight structure .... Good instructors
It is not a simple CrossFit box but a place where you feel at home and where a purely individual sport magically creates a team. The coaches are very good and competent. Always ready to tear you a smile during the training efforts but also to give you useful tips to improve your technique. Top❤️
Great for both beginners and for those already experienced
Space and always perfect cleanliness. Passion, preparation and availability of unique trainers. All this makes it a very special box, the best I have trained in so far. Highly recommended.
