This studio is quiet, bright, and very well-equipped. The atmosphere is friendly and intimate. Perfect for me for Victorien's Yin Yoga classes, which are fantastic 🧘♂️
Emma and Élodie's prenatal yoga classes are incredibly beneficial and allowed me to experience a serene and peaceful pregnancy. And I'm absolutely convinced to continue practicing with Emma after my pregnancy; her classes are exceptional! You leave feeling great in your body and energized for the day!
Casa Yoga is a great yoga studio with fantastic instructors. There are actually two locations, one on Paradis and one on Vinaigriers (Studio Canal). Both are very serene and calming, but personally I prefer Studio Canal as it is more spacious. Benjamin and Juliette teach at both of the locations and they're both amazing and very accommodating for non-French speakers.
