I generally like the gym’s layout and equipment, but I’ve had ongoing issues with the sauna area that really need attention. The temperature inside the sauna is often inconsistent—sometimes it’s far below what you’d expect, and other times it spikes uncomfortably high. It makes it difficult to get a proper session in or to feel relaxed. Another concern is the ventilation. The air often feels stale, and the space doesn’t seem to circulate properly. This creates an environment that feels stuffy and unhygienic, especially during busy hours. While I can’t speak to any medical or scientific conclusions, the poor airflow definitely doesn’t inspire confidence when it comes to maintaining a clean, healthy environment. I hope the management addresses the temperature control and ventilation soon, because fixing those issues would make a big difference in the overall quality of the gym experience.

Awful equipment after renovation. It's new, bright and shiny, yes. But not convenient, stupid weight sizes, worse than before, also one of chest press exercises is now missing. During two weeks of renovation no compensation. "You can use other our gyms". Thanks, but I live and work in Rijswijk, and paying for transport additionally to the subscription for 70 eur p/m it's a bit too much.

I definitely do not recommend!!! I bought a month's pass, a week before the end I reported that I was resigning, it turned out that I was supposed to report when signing the month's contract that I was resigning immediately (which for me is sick, of course no one informed me about it at the time) how can I assess whether I will stay longer without a few trainings and I had to pay for another month during the first month the sauna and showers were not available for over a week and because of the sauna I bought a pass, a 70e subscription and the conditions and equipment are terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, the worst gym I've ever been to!!!!!

Unprofessional staff, dirty gym. My husband and I purchased a 4-week “Flex” subscription to try out the gym. We chose this option specifically because we were told by an administrator it wouldn’t auto-renew and that we could decide after the month whether to continue or cancel. However, in 3 weeks we were charged for a second month without our consent. Despite raising this with the administrator, no resolution was provided. The staff here are disrespectful and totally unprofessional. They lied to us about the cancellation policy and didn't bother to help us with the problem. We canceled the membership in the app, yet it’s still set to end in December, and we were asked to pay for two months we didn’t intend to use. It turned out that even if you have a 4-week subscription, they will charge you additional full month because of their 30 day cancellation notice policy. We feel misled regarding the cancellation terms and expected more flexibility given the your administration’s lying. The gym itself doesn’t seemed to be clean: dirty floors and dressing room, gross shower without any faucet to adjust the water temperature. I highly recommend any new possible members to have a look at it before buying a subscription. Though I wouldn't recommend this gym anyway. UPD (an answer to the club) We’ve already contacted the club manager but we haven’t received any solution except “you have to pay for our poor service and we can cancel your membership from December 6.” It wasn’t really helpful. You are not interested in customer retention and resolving issues at all.
