I did Hannah's intense class today it was amazing! I can't recommend enough - the studio itself is fantastic and the class itself had such a community feel to it. Can't wait to come back again!

Hannah is an amazing Reformer Pilates instructor! From the moment you walk into class, she creates such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Her instructions are clear and encouraging, and she always takes the time to make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident with the movements. What really stands out about Hannah is her positive energy. She motivates you to push yourself while still making the class enjoyable and supportive. Whether you're new to Reformer Pilates or more experienced, she adapts the exercises so everyone gets the most out of the session. Every class with Hannah feels both challenging and rewarding, and you leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and in a great mood. I love the staff here they are all so nice and friendly always checking on you making sure you're okay and comfortable especially Mollie Hollie and Rachael that I have had the chance to train with, amazing girls. They motivate you to keep going and I thank them for that. I started pilates to lose weight and feel better about myself take that stress off of me that was causing me issues with my fertility journey and now that I am pregnant the still motivate me to keep going while making sure that I am safe. Thank you!
First session on a Reformer and LOVED it! Small class, so felt very personal and Katrina was great at explaining everything! I did the foundation class but there's definitely levels that can be reached within that before moving to some of the other classes and was brilliant to understand the equipment a little more. Think I'll do a few of these before branching out to the other sessions. Left feeling energised and like I had a great workout, will feel it in my legs tomorrow 🙈 The map currently shows the studio as being on the opposite side of the road to where it really is, but the building it's in is being refurbished (it's gorgeous!) And the Entrance is on Arthur street through the little gate.
