I recently joined Multifit Gym and have been thoroughly impressed with the facility and the staff. The equipment is top-quality and well-maintained, and there is a great variety to choose from. Nice place for workout. The equipments are really good. Should mention about the trainers. They are so supportive and strict whenever needed. Motivating and keen on the objective. They are so informative and friendly too. First two weeks they'll allow us to explore all the equipments available and then give the schedule or let us choose if we need a personal trainer or not. Completely worth for the money. Toilets are very clean and not smelly at all. However, their water dispenser is bad. It's just the can and have to pour water to a plastic cup from the can directly. Aircon is decent but would be nice if it's more cooler. Bike parking can be managed but for cars it's completely based on luck. Not very much crowded as other places. Their packages are also reasonable. Especially the family, yearly and couple packages. Overall worth the money spent
It is a midrange range GYM. Most of the equipments are available . And it has decent space for the workout. I would prefer this to be more neat than the current one. They do not have Quality drinking water . ( Just Cold or Hot ) . There should be normal water available. Further , it is a mixed Gym . The service of the gym instructors should be increased more I think. The location is the pot for the GYM .lots of student comes from University of Colombo.
I had the worst gym experience ever at Gym Ex Force Maradana. Despite advertising air conditioning, the AC is purely for show and does not function properly, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. The owner is incredibly rude and abusive, which creates a hostile environment for members. I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a positive and supportive fitness experience.
