I've been seeing this sports massage therapist for a while now, and I can't recommend him enough. Introductory session was outstanding. Chris was attentive, thoughtful, insightful, patient. He's extremely knowledgeable and studied. He knows what he's doing and how the body works and responds. One session and I was already feeling major relief, increased flexibility and mobility and general openness with my upper body, not to mention a drop in pain. Highly recommended!!!
As a massage therapist myself im a little picky with who I go to get worked on. But Chris is amazing therapist, he's very knowledgeable and listens carefully to your needs. I have very poor posture and very tight around my shoulders/arms, after our first session I feel brand new and so much looser! 🙏🏽 i expect his future in the field to go far and successful! I would recommend Chris to any one who deals with chronic pain, body builder/power lifter. Don't be shy and book with him asap.
