The Grid Fitness Club

Rancho Cucamonga, United States

The Grid Fitness Club shows 4.7 from 27 reviews, and its five written reviews tell a specific story of rapid change: a gym that reviewers describe as visibly, physically different month to month during a stretch of renovation.

A Renovation Timeline From Inside

Alex Garcia's review is the most concrete account of that change: "Brand new gym that has been fully revamped and improved since I became a member, approximately three months ago... They broke down a wall to add more machines, ordered new machines, and added their brand on their logos and turf. Overall, this gym went from great to phenomenal in a matter of months." That's a specific, physical description - a wall removed, new equipment ordered, new branding installed - not vague enthusiasm. If you visited a year before he wrote this, the gym floor would have looked meaningfully different.

Two Trainers, Named Independently

Perry Davis gets credited by two separate reviewers for two different things. Mike Martin describes a personal transformation with specific numbers: "My first day I could only do two pushups and five on my knees. Now six weeks into the program I can do 50 pushups non-stop after a complete back workout." Julie Torrez, independently, praises his knowledge base specifically: "Amazing trainer Perry Davis is well knowledgeable and very experienced in nutrition. He always communicates well and is willing to work with my schedule." Two reviewers, both naming Perry specifically, for both training results and flexible communication - worth more than generic "great trainers" praise.

Sam H names a different trainer, Dion, for a different quality: "The trainers are elite, especially Dion, who brings next-level focus and inspiration." Between Perry and Dion, this reads as a gym with more than one standout coach rather than a single-personality operation.

A Boxer's Specific Reason for Choosing This Gym

Alexander Meneses's review is notable because his reason for training here is unusually specific: "As a boxer recovering from injuries, I chose to come here for a less crowded and private environment the gym had to offer while I rehabilitated my body, which was truly upheld." He also compares it directly to alternatives: "This gym in particular in comparison to the other IE gyms is easily one of the best if you're looking for a more relaxed gym environment." That's someone with a specific medical and training need - privacy and low crowding during rehab - confirming the gym actually delivered on it, not just general praise for atmosphere.

Small Details That Add Up

Alexander also mentions a coffee bar on site, an amenity none of the other four reviews confirm or deny. Combined with Alex Garcia's account of ongoing physical renovations, this reads as a gym actively investing in extras beyond the training floor itself.

What's Missing

No review states a membership price. All five written reviews are five stars and enthusiastic; nothing here represents a critical or mixed account, which is worth naming rather than assuming this gym is universally perfect for everyone. Given how recently and rapidly the space was renovated according to Alex Garcia, current conditions may look different again from what any of these five reviews describe.

Who It's Not For

Anyone who wants a fully settled, unchanging gym environment - multiple reviewers describe a facility that was actively under renovation and expansion during the period covered here. Anyone pricing this out before visiting, since no review gives a figure.

10/10 would come here again. As an boxer recovering from injuries, I chose to come here for a less crowded and private environment the gym had to offer while I rehabilitated my body which was truly upheld. This gym in particular in comparison to the other IE gyms is easily one of the best if you're looking for a more relaxed gym environment that is very welcoming. The people here are all work hard individuals and they even have a coffee bar. There were such random little things they had but it really is a good community here compared to the various public gyms in rancho I've experienced. The gym membership is definitely worth it as it has all you could possibly need in your workout routine along with individuals who clearly know what they're doing with clients. Come here if you want a good gym experience daily.

Brand new gym that has been fully revamped & improved since I became a member, approximately 3 months ago. The trainers are respectful and mature, the owners are friendly and help with anything needed AND they have made INSANE upgrades in the last couple of months. Broke down a wall to add more machines, ordered new machines, and added their brand on their logos/sick turf. Overall, this gym went from great to phenomenal a matter of months. I can't imagine what 3 months from now is gonna look like, since every week it looks different and gets improved. Love being a member here and will stay as long as I can.
