I Tried a few gyms out on the coast when I first moved here. I found most gyms to be not very welcoming, working on a volume through the door policy, Instead of taking an interest in prospective new members. Platinum was different. . The uneasiness and nervousness one might associate with entering a Boxing gym was quickly abolished as the coach here was very welcoming, making jokes and showing interest from the start. I found the attitude that was forthcoming from the coach was perpetuated through the gym. With each boxer from novice to pro showing respect, saying hello and introducing themselves. Couldn't recommend the place more.

The boxing fit class is really good for someone who wants to lose weight and stay health. There is also Boxing class for kids.
One of the best boxing gyms I've ever trained at and I've trained at 4 on the Gold Coast and multiple in Melbourne! Chris is the best boxing coach I've ever had. He has taught me more in 4 weeks than I have learnt in years. He really does put time and effort into you whether you are learning to fight or just training for fitness, you get taught the right technique and he helps you understand each and every movement. Coming from a female, everyone is so friendly in the gym and everyone makes the effort to make everyone feel comfortable day in day out! I will not be leaving this gym :)
A great boxing hall that fosters and dedicates itself to their own local talent by Chris and co. Chris's blend of pragmatism and down to earth form of coaching is one of the main reasons I go to Platinum Boxing daily. Membership, product pricing and session times are very reasonable and I wholeheartedly recommend giving Platinum Boxing a go whether you're completely new or looking to improve your skills.
