PT sessions with coach Manal are amazing. They are customized as per you needs and levels. I’ve noticed great results in fitness level, strength, health, weight, and body measurements.
I attended the opening and it was something special, a club dedicated to women, female trainers with high experience, providing individual or group classes as desired by the participant, modern sports equipment, which I know they provide nutritionists, outdoor sports programs and activities, a special and quiet place that suits everyone, my wife participated with them and noticed The difference is 👍🏼, may God grant you success
The club is very sweet and wonderful, and the coaches are among the most amazing in Kuwait.
