I love this gym!! My family and I have been going there for a while now, Josh is great! He has shown my family and I how to use the gym equipment and recommend me differently techniques to use, so I do not strain myself. The staff are professional, helpful and friendly, great little gym. I have not had any problems with getting in contact with the staff, after reading the below review. I was visiting my sister and she brought me to this gym. Pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, clean equipment, and wasn't super busy - which is nice. If I lived around this area I would go here as it seems reasonably priced.
Love this gym. Always clean, tidy, staff are always friendly, there is a large range of equipment to choose from plus I'm never waiting, people are friendly in the gym and help out if you're unsure how to use equipment. 24 hours access means I can attend when it suits plus it's staffed quite a bit if you need extra assistance. High recommend
Looks like a nice gym and my friends who go there like it. Tried visiting twice within staffed hours (albeit lateish) and the bloke had already left, called him yesterday and got a hold of him and he confirmed his opening hours and spoke about signing up today. Tried coming today 40 mins after he was meant to arrive and no one there. Just going to use a competitor who has reliable staff, good luck cancelling your contract with this mob... you have to do it in person and the bloke is never there!
Tried multiple times to join this gym. Not staffed, don’t return messages and just plain not interested in staying in business. I turned up to the gym whilst unattended, a member walking though the doors basically said “good luck, they are never here, very unprofessional and that is why they have lost so many members recently”. So if you want a care free gym manager, it might be for you but good luck getting signed up. I’m going elsewhere.
