A very cool place with a unique atmosphere where everyone will feel comfortable. I recommend it.
I've been going to Pilates at Focus for a few months now, and I always feel great! Klaudia is incredibly kind and teaches a lot about technique and proper execution of exercises. What's great is that everything is done in stages, so you can raise the bar day by day. And I can see the results! The studio is very nice, neat, and always clean. I recommend it!
A fantastic place where you can take care of yourself and your body with immense patience and peace. A great idea for implementation through classes introducing the specifics of working with the reformer. A very pleasant space and excellent conditions. I'm coming back.
Great classes in a lovely atmosphere. 🥰 Plus, the space is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. I definitely recommend it!
