I've had a great experience training here. The coach is dedicated, encouraging, and always pushes you to perform your best while keeping safety a priority. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere, quality equipment, and a supportive community that makes every session enjoyable. It's a great place for anyone looking to build strength, improve their technique, or compete in powerlifting. Highly recommended
The vibe is amazing and the new machines are a must-try. The ladies' sessions have been taken to the next level, and there are updated machines in the men's area too. If you're looking for a gym, this is the one. You have to try it.
