I have been trying to activate my membership since December, I have been to the club THREE TIMES and still no luck, it seems some people are not eligible to become members at Zenzele, trying one more time today them will make contact with Tumi Phake and get his view.
Extremely disappointed with Zenzele Fitness. I have been waiting an unreasonably long time for a refund that should have been processed weeks ago. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear communication, no timeline, and no accountability from their team. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a business for money that is rightfully theirs. The lack of urgency and transparency shows a complete disregard for customer experience. I would strongly advise others to think twice before signing up or making any payments, as resolving issues like refunds appears to be a serious problem here. If this refund is not resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
