The Gym Group Redhill

I have been a member for a number of years and my fitness and strength keeps getting better. I have been using the PT service which is excellent. The staff are always helpful and motivated. The general gym atmosphere makes it worth going!

Went to collect a parcel from an Amazon locker. Locker appears to be up 8+ flights of stairs. The lift is out of order and appears to have been for months and months. Very very very poor situation. I am partly disabled and cannot access the locker. Why had a locker been installed in an inaccessible place?

Here’s a strongly worded review you could post: I absolutely would not recommend The Gym Group Redhill to anyone. The overall cleanliness and condition of the gym is honestly shocking. There is no cleaning equipment available, which means after people finish using machines and leave sweat marks everywhere, there is no way to wipe anything down. It’s unhygienic and frankly disgusting, especially in a busy gym environment where cleanliness should be a basic priority. On top of that, a lot of the equipment clearly needs servicing. The resistance machines barely function properly and many of the treadmills are unreliable and feel poorly maintained. For a gym charging memberships, the standard of the equipment is nowhere near acceptable. The toilets are another major issue — they are constantly in a mess and regularly smell terrible. It gives the impression that basic maintenance and hygiene simply are not being managed properly. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff are genuinely helpful and do enforce the gym rules, which is appreciated. Unfortunately, good staff alone cannot make up for the poor cleanliness and badly maintained facilities. I’ll definitely be sticking with Kings Gym instead, which is far superior in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall experience.

Disabled? This gym isn't for you. Lift has been completely out of service for over a month now. The gym closes completely for 'maintenance' frequently, with no apparent improvements made. These issues are coupled with regular price rises with no improvements. The gym rides on the fact that it's the only one in the area. Hopefully something better will come along.

I saw this empty bottle and pen in the floor for almost 4 days. Do you clean this gym ? Because floor always looks like dirty... Disappointed... We will change our gym because we are not feeling good while we are touching around... Clean this gym more often for people who wants to be more healthy...Because it seems like you're going to make healthy people sick with dirt and bacteria.
