Great cageball facilities and gyms. Good that the bus 15 now goes to sluppenvegen so it's now close to a frequently served bus stop.
Until recently a little old equipment in the strength training department. Some recent upgrades has made it better. It's still not as polished as the other 3T gyms, but it has a good workout vibe. Nice cageball and squash.
I do a lot of reviews, this was a nice visit, I was here coaching Squash and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were great. A nice smile, good information, and helped when we needed it. The Squash courts would benefit from a bit of a clean but the feel of the place was what really matters, and this place feels good.
Nice place for playing squash, cageball or a workout. Fairly limited amount of workout machines, but since there are usually not a lot of people here it's not a big problem.
It's just an okay 3T gym, no sauna but has squash halls. Also has solariums if you prefer that. The building itself feels a bit dated and the location is a bit remote. One positive thing is that it's next to a kindergarten so if your kids attend the kindergarten you can get in some exercises after you deliver your kids or before you pick them up.
