I started my journey with Hotpod Yoga in December on a two-week trial, and I've loved it ever since. The variety of classes means there's something for everyone, whatever your experience or ability. The instructors are fantastic – they're clear, supportive, and make every class easy to follow. The community is also so welcoming. There's no judgement about age or ability, just a shared encouragement to improve and enjoy the practice at your own pace. The additional sound bath sessions are a wonderful bonus and leave you feeling completely relaxed. I'm now on my 106th class, which says it all! I genuinely look forward to every session and can't recommend Hotpod Yoga Derby enough... Thank you

A beautiful clean space. A wonderful warm welcome from the teacher. The pod was a complete escapism from the outside world- a beautiful safe warm cocoon where your nervous system can reset and your body can let go of grip and tension. A lovely relaxing flow with options for progressions and regressions allowing you to work at your own pace to your own ability without judgment or pressure. A top class experience that I would recommend for everyone! Thank you Leah and team hotpod. 😊 🧘‍♀️

I've recently started my hot pod yoga experience and I felt very welcome. I'm a beginner, I find the pod very comfortable, plenty of room for personal space, the atmosphere is relaxing, safe, friendly. The warmth is bearable, I actually love it, it's relaxing, you feel wonderful after a session. The instructors are lovely, helpful and informative. Easy to follow (although I'm a complete beginner and abit stiff) I soon got into it and enjoyed the experience extremely. My next class is tomorrow and I'm excited. It's helping me to feel relaxed, more flexible and I totally love the warm friendly atmosphere.

A huge thank you to Hotpod Yoga Derby! We recently held a Hotpod Yoga session at Hotpod Yoga Derby for our residents at The Condor, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Becky created such a calming, welcoming, and uplifting atmosphere — the perfect relaxing Saturday morning that you can only dream of! For many of our residents, it was their first-ever hot yoga session, and they absolutely loved it. Over the following week, we received so much positive feedback about how relaxing, grounding, and refreshing the class was. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our residents’ wellbeing and helping everyone start the new year with healthy and positive habits. Your warmth, professionalism, and passion for what you do truly made the event special. We can highly recommend Hotpod Yoga Derby to anyone looking for a unique, soothing, and energising yoga experience. We can’t wait to return and collaborate again!

Hotpod Yoga = recovery unlocked 🔓 After all my Hyrox training — run, row, hinge & squat — my body was screaming for a reset. Walked in with aches & pains… Walked out relaxed, loose, and tension-free.
