One of the best decisions of my life. Honestly, this is not a gym. This is my second home. The two brothers Shiv Sharma and Prashant Sharma are the most welcoming people you'll ever meet. This gym provides Cross functional training for every age group with well designed workout training. I'm here to prepare for CrossFit games and I've come here only for Training from Bangalore and a lot other athletes are here to get trained from different states

We are gyming last one year. So we have Sharing my experience about Crossfit GYM. Very good and a systematic athletic GYM, and very strict discipline and everyone is treated the same. A very respectable trainer and proper coach. A gym like this has not yet been found in this Gurgaon. A lot of gyms can be decorating, but strong disciplines cannot be.
