My gym for many years. Awesome aerobics classes, certified instructors, adequately equipped, neat environment and friendly staff
Best gym I've done to so far. Lost so much weight and gained definition on my body. Mrs. Jane and the instructors are doing a great job.
You get all your body goals done here, they have up to date facilities and very good instructors. The aerobics class is absolutely on point and abs training is quite great too. Overall I recommend this place if you want to achieve a particular body weight, they are up to the task. Like and Follow us at ArinkaTravels across all social media platforms for more attractions
They have up to date gears and a very conducive place for your workout routines. Did I also mention their instructors are pretty damn good. I mean, they can be "suicidal" in their workout routine but your body will thank you very much later...I can't promise immediately.
I’ve recently started using your gym and I really like the space, but I want to give some honest feedback that could improve the experience for everyone. The gym gets extremely hot during workouts, and it becomes difficult to breathe or train comfortably. There are several AC units installed, but they’re usually not turned on, and relying only on the fans doesn’t help enough—especially with the current heat. Some of the equipment is also worn out or limited, which makes certain exercises hard to complete. I really believe that with better ventilation/AC use and some equipment upgrades, the gym would be so much more comfortable and enjoyable for members. I hope this can be taken as constructive feedback. Thank you
