I love Evolve, been going to Obodo for a few years now I think, I highly recommend it, the coaches are very supportive in helping you adapt (bad should the last 6 month) to still get a good workout and challenge without making injury worst or cause you pain in classes. I miss the full crossfit classes but there isn't much difference in the two both just as hard if you challenge yourself. The coaches are professional but very approachable friendly coaches who you can have a banter with or ask question when you need. Really friendly community environment 🙂
I've been a member at Obodo for just over a year and the whole set up is brilliant. All the coaches are excellent and while recovering from a bulging disc they adapted the class for me to help. Can't praise them high enough!
The Olympic Lifting class is fantastic. I started as a complete beginner to the lifts, Ethan has taken the time to help me every week to get better. I'm really enjoying the improvement I'm seeing in my snatch and clean. Highly recommend this class!
I’ve been a member in Obodo since October and it’s a fantastic gym for everyone - beginners and elite athletes alike. The coaches are extremely welcoming and every sessions is hugely rewarding and enjoyable. The app is easy to use for booking and changing sessions, also plenty of parking available. Would highly recommend to anyone!!
I’ve been going to Obodo for 3 years, the longest I’ve been at any gym. I love the mix of classes, the staff are so kind and always happy to answer questions. Being able to measure your progress with the very clever tech Chris and the team has introduced is a great addition too! I’d highly recommend someone trying out the classes with the trial credits to see for yourself
