Cannot rate this gym highly enough. The best equipment which is incredibly well maintained, there's a great atmosphere and the staff and owner are super helpful at all times and even better that the gym is open 24 hours.
I have been a member for about 3 years now and this gym has went downhill. When i joined there was someone in everyday cleaning and maintaing the gym. I can only assume he has left as the gym is always dirty. Toilets rarely cleaned, bins overflowing with rubbish and machines and areas round machines dusty and some with thick dust. I used puregym over the winter peroid as the heating system from what ive seen is rarely on. I think there has been issues trying to fix it but nothing done. The coldness on winter mornings is shocking and speaking to another member i was told the owner dosent care and we have to put up with it. One member told me there is no point speaking to the owner about gym issues as he dosent care and things take weeks to be rectified. All in all a once great gym now terribly run and I wouldnt advise anyone to join. Hopefully a cleaner and or manager can be appointed as this is terribly run at the moment.
