Awesome. staff very friendly and helpful. Decor, superb Spa: Awesome, it’s the dogs watsits. Didn’t stay in the hotel but had food and drinks in the restaurant. The “Club” Spa is a separate building that has been Enlarged and modernised - due to a fire a few years ago. Entering the building and seeing the pool through a gazed wall is outstanding. There is also small. The pool is about 20 M long and about 12 M wide 1.2 M deep. There is shallow warmer pool and a Jacuzzi. There is also a sort Jacuzzi outside with water drenches (?) The “Thermal” bit inside is a amazing. There is an “ice” room, Cold shower, Tepidarium room, Steam room and Sauna. Plenty to help you relax and a nice Juniper cafe to enjoy a bite to eat - does have some Gluten Free options.
Brilliant gym not to big but really good size got everything you need! Modern swimming pool is great! And also has all the other great things sauna steam room ice room ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had some amazing time with my mum. Swedish back and neck massage for 30minutes - was a star! Treatment rooms are really comfy and the ladies are very friendly. Spa itself has a lot to do in. Outside hot tube mini pool, inside pool, sauna, sauna with aromatherapy, cold - hot rooms and showers, foot spa (wasn't working or we didn't know how to turn it on). On arrival we were offered a choice of drinks, afternoon tea was very fulfilling. They even had a little space for me as a smoker :P very happy with the place. You can even take kids. Usually spa centers are kids free but this one is not.
Superb pool and spa. Salt wall sauna, outdoor thermal spa with so many bubbling jets and water sprays it’s like being in A tidal wave. Huge fun. The pool is super and so warm. Changing rooms are immaculate. Staff are friendly and helpful. The fruit smoothies in the cafe area after are very tasty. Easy parking right outside the pool and gym. The gym itself is incredible. The equipment they have is first class.

I have been refused entry to Kenwick Park for being a traveller and they are very racist and I’ve been going there for around 34 months and they just refused entry as we are different than them and they don’t want us to come to their establishment this is a racist place and I would not suggest coming here. is the manager that refused to entry because we are a different breed in them and they want let us in as we are not the same colour in the skin these people are absolute trash and I would never go back here. These people are going to court and I promise you they will hear from my solicitor. I am a gypsy travelling man.
