I felt a decline in my muscle strength and stamina, and that's what prompted me to start exercising. After a trial lesson, I joined. Currently, I'm taking classes that suit my level, but I hope to challenge myself with higher-intensity classes someday. The trainers at reception are always smiling, cheerful, kind, and full of energy, which naturally makes me smile too. During the lessons, the trainers' personalities seem to change! Their voices change, and they become incredibly powerful and cool. Before each lesson, each trainer explains the "goal for the day" and "things to focus on," so by consciously moving, I have moments where I feel like I've done a little better, which has increased my sense of accomplishment. Initially, I started going because I felt I needed to exercise, but now, as the weekend approaches, I think, "I want to go! I want to exercise! I want to punch and kick! (laughs)" The time spent moving enthusiastically to the music in the dark is truly enjoyable, and I've naturally continued. The phrase on their website, "It's fun, so you'll keep going!" is truly accurate. I mostly use it on weekends, and so far I've been able to book appointments as I wish, including being on the waiting list, and I'm also satisfied with how convenient it is to get there.

I joined to combat my lack of exercise. It's only been less than two months, but Mittness has become a complete part of my life! The punches and kicks, so different from everyday movements, are fantastic for stress relief! The 45 minutes fly by, and the sense of accomplishment and exhilaration after each lesson is so satisfying that I immediately book my next session, going 3-5 times a week. The trainers are all cheerful and encouraging, which really boosts my motivation! The restrooms, showers, and locker rooms are always spotlessly clean, making them a very pleasant place to use. I'm starting to feel my body getting firmer little by little, so I want to continue. Thank you to SARARA, who's been helping me with my personal training; I look forward to continuing to work with you!

I've been going to Mittness for about two years now. I've been to gyms before, but I could never stick with it. However, Mittness is so fun that I'm able to go about four times a week! First of all, the lessons are diverse, with varying intensity levels, and the content changes regularly, so I never get bored. In fact, the more I go, the more I enjoy it. Since joining Mittness, I've lost weight, and more importantly, I've gained stamina and feel like I'm living a healthier life. Being women-only means I can exercise without worrying about being seen, and the facilities are always kept very clean, making it very easy to use. Reservations can fill up quickly depending on the time slot, but with careful scheduling, you can definitely go a lot. Personally, the biggest reason I can keep going is the trainers. They're all incredibly kind and attentive, even to the smallest details, which really lifts my spirits! And everyone is so unique and interesting, it's always fun! They also offer personal training, and many of the trainers have diverse experiences and knowledge, so I learn new things every day, which makes exercising with a purpose very enjoyable. I'm so glad I found Mittness. Thank you for everything!

(Updated) I can't believe it's already been half a year since I've started coming to the studio in Ginza. When I was going almost every other day, I lost 2-3 kgs without following any strict diet. I've also noticed that I've been sleeping well and my stamina has improved. Since there's one punching bag per person, you can put as much strength and power on your punches as you want, which helps relieve stress and improve overall mood. The instructors are always ready to give tips on how to punch and kick properly. I'm also grateful that there are female instructors. The classes get updated every few months, so there are always new movements to learn. I hope they can open a branch along the Denentoshi Line between Futako-Tamagawa and Saginuma. 🙏

This is the most horrible studio. Do not come here! It is a scam! I broke my leg, had surgery and am not able to do sports for a year. I had to stay in hospital for 2 months. The only way to cancel your membership is to come to the studio personally. I can walk only about for 10 minutes before my leg starts to hurt. I had to take a taxi to come to the studio after I was discharged from hospital. If you want to cancel membership in the same month you need to do it before 5th of the month. It happens that I was able to come due to my condition on July 7th. The studio charged me not only for the 2 months I was in hospital (obviously not able to come in person anywhere, but also for the 2 following months (month of when I came to cancel my membership and the following month because it was 2 days past the deadline). Oh, and on top, they also charged me 100 yen for water chip. The reason? Because rules are rules and it does not matter why you cancel your membership. After a long talk, the studio said that they will „discount" August. So I am paying once for 3 months in the end
