I have come across several reviews mentioning the older woman at the reception, and after my own experience, I truly question how she is still employed in such a role. She comes across as extremely rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily aggressive - all of which are unacceptable qualities in a position that requires direct interaction with people. She seems unable or unwilling to fulfill even the most basic expectations of the job, such as treating individuals with courtesy and professionalism. At this point, it's difficult to determine whether her behavior is rooted in personal prejudice or simply a consistently unpleasant attitude. On a more positive note, the gentleman working there is the complete opposite - very welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. He clearly understands how to treat people with respect and create a supportive atmosphere.
