I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and honestly love the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the classes are great with so many different varieties to choose from, and the community makes you feel comfortable from day one. It’s such a positive environment to work out in, whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. Highly recommend!

Lots of variety especially with their classes. Motivational teachers that keep you pumping. I did 5 days 5 classes and especially enjoyed the body combat class. Their women’s only gym room has a really good atmosphere and change of pace from the rest of the gym.

I instruct Les Mills classes at this incredible club The members are amazing !! !!! Each and everytime this amazing group gives me back so much more energy than I give them and I give em a lot !! They are so supportive and funny with one another as well…… they’re the family ya all wished ya had !! Come on in give it ago.. doesn’t matter if you’ve never exercised, it’s part of your daily life or the pub has gotten boring and ya looking for a good group of funny FOLKS to spend some time with !! Get on in there !!

Really happy to be back at Recreation Gym 😊 The new look of the gym feels fresh, clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to train every day. You can really feel a positive new energy around the place, and it’s exciting to see the improvements happening. A special thanks to Jordan for the effort he put in to get us signed back up again—really appreciated!! Looking forward to seeing even more upgrades ahead.

The staff and instructors at this gym are really friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome and are always happy to help if you need it. JJ, Elise, Nicole and all the other instructors make the workouts fun and motivating.
