Today was my first time ever boxing. I was super nervous going into this and Rick made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am left handed, but usually use my right hand for sports, and was having a hard time understanding how to do the proper stance. I think he though that I was trying to be argumentative, but I was really just confused since I'm ambidextrous. I'm super disappointed because I really loved the workout and would have loved to sign up for a membership, but I don't appreciate the way that Rick treated me today.
the first time i ever went to this gym the coach was extremely disrespectful and made the entire workout very uncomfortable. i recommend going to a place like legacy boxing. they are a lot more family friendly and the coach is more interactive. way better bang for your buck :)
