The gym is very spacious with excellent machines! Absolute fantastic treadmills which can be set to benifits all users. With guides to improve you posture and proper use of the machine. The staff are really friendly and extremely helpful. Very clean and easy to get help and advice on any questions on equipment. Amazing gym and I would be lost without it. Excellent service from the minute you walk in the front doors! Keep up the super work!

Go on a regular basis here for spin classes, unfortunately AC in spin studio is broken, place is very hot during spin. Anyone from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council reading this - please fix ASAP. Gym is great, plenty of outdone pitches and places for the kids to run wild!
Very good leisure centre, the place is spotless clean, swimming pools are a good temperature for the kids, plenty of changing rooms and family changing rooms and loads of onsite parking. Gym is a decent sizes with the the equipment you'd expect. There's a fun zone but wasn't open when I was there.
