Always good feelings
As actic is quite a big company, I`d expect more professionalism. I started being a member in August - the staff told me I could pay every month by credit card - which I did even two months ahead. At the same time, I get invoices from the headquarter requiring me to pay again for the same months. They even charge me extra for delay payment. As I tried to solve this problem with them by contacting the customer support, they refuse to answer e-mails and tell me on the phone just to pay it. So I ended up after 4 months of membership, having paid 7 months membership fee and the delay charge in addition. Again I`m waiting for their e-mail response. The staff at my gym just tell me to contact the headquarter.
It has the worst costumer service on earth. I bet if I would call the worst in the worst country they would answer faster. For 30 minutes I had one person infront of me and it never changed. It just said hold your place, you have one person infront of you.
